Celebrate Christmas with us...

From Saturday 12th December, the doors to the Beaulieu visitor attraction will reopen once again and visitors are invited to join us for a festive day out that the whole family will enjoy, together. To help you plan your visit, we've compiled a list of frequently asked questions for your assistance.


Do I need to book again if I already have a year long attraction admission ticket?

Yes, we require all visitors to pre-book their visit in order to ensure the site does not become overcrowded. If you are a holder of a valid unused attraction admission ticket purchased before the initial lockdown in March, we can confirm that your ticket will be extended by a further 36 days in addition to the original four months, to reflect our second period of closure. You should have received an email from us explaining the procedure for booking your visit using your valid booking reference. If you haven't, please email visit@beaulieu.co.uk with your name and booking reference.


I booked to visit in November before you closed, do I need to rebook?

Yes, as a visitor that was booked to visit us between 5th – 22nd November when we were closed, we would now like to invite you to rebook online, using your original booking reference as a voucher code.  You should have received an email from us explaining the procedure for booking your visit using your valid booking reference. If you haven't, please email visit@beaulieu.co.uk with your name and booking reference.


We have a Gift Aid pass from our previous visit, can we use that?

Yes, the Gift Aid scheme is related to the National Motor Museum Trust charity, which means it is only valid for the National Motor Museum element of the attraction. If you wish to visit the rest of the attraction, an upgrade pass will need to be purchased. You will still be required to pre-book in order to ensure the site does not become overcrowded.


I have a complimentary ticket for the Beaulieu attraction, can I now use that?

All complimentary tickets with an expiry date of 31st March 2020 were extended to the end of July 2020 to allow them to be used. We can therefore confirm that all of these tickets are now expired.


Can I use my Historic House Association membership discount?

Yes, you are now able to use your Historic House Association membership to get a 20% discount off the on the day prices. This isn’t available online and therefore we ask you to call ahead on 01590 614646 to check availability on the day you wish to visit.


Can I use my Caravan & Motorhome Club discount?

Yes, members of the Caravan & Motorhome Club have been notified of the discount code that can be used to pre-book tickets online. Alternatively, you can call ahead on 01590 614646 to check availability on the day you wish to visit.


I am a member of Beaulieu 100 or a Friend of the National Motor Museum Trust. How do I book tickets?

If you are a member of the Beaulieu 100 or a Friend of the National Motor Museum Trust, you will still be required to pre-book tickets here. Once you have selected your arrival date, please select your type of membership from the drop-down menu.


What about other discount or complimentary entry schemes?

We are now accepting the following discounted or complimentary entry schemes, the Museum Association, Blue Peter Badge, the British Motorcycle Charitable Trust and the Blue Light Card. Unfortunately, these cannot be pre-booked online, so please call ahead on 01590 614646 to check availability on the day you wish to visit


Can I change the date of my visit?

Please carefully consider and select the date and time of your visit before booking as in line with our terms and conditions tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for a different date once booked. See Tickets offer a Booking Refund Protection plan at the point of sale which you may wish to consider, but please read the plan terms and conditions before purchasing.


Which Tier is Beaulieu in?

Beaulieu is currently in Tier 2 and is following the relevant government guidance as part of our Visitor Safety Promise.


How will the car parks operate?

We are confident that with a limited number of visitors on-site each day, we will have ample car parking space to allow visitors to park safely. We ask you to park sensibly allowing a 2m distance between you and the neighbouring car, and that if parking next to a car arriving or departing at the same time, that you give each other time and space.


Is the new adventure play area, Little Beaulieu open?

Yes, Little Beaulieu will be open for younger visitors. Find out more here


Are the toilet facilities open?

We have two sets of toilets open for visitors, one beneath the Brabazon Restaurant and the other near to the Abbey Domus. The facilities will be monitored and cleaned regularly for your safety. Please use the hand sanitising stations before entering, wash your hands for a full 20 seconds, and sanitise again upon leaving.


Will we be able to buy food and drink onsite?

We are delighted to let you know that those visiting will also be able to buy takeaway hot and cold drinks, snacks and ice creams from the Brabazon Cafe. An indoor and outdoor seated service will be available in the Brabazon Restaurant.


Can we bring our own picnic?

You are very welcome to bring your own picnic to enjoy during your visit. There will be areas marked out for picnicking on the site map. A number of picnic benches will be dotted around at safe distances for your use. Picnics cannot be consumed on the outdoor seated areas of the Brabazon Restaurant.


What other safety and hygiene measures will you be taking to make me feel safe on my visit?

Are visitors required to wear face-coverings during a visit?

Visitors will be required to wear a face-covering if they wish to enter any of our indoor spaces. (Excludes whilst being seated inside the Brabazon Restaurant)


What if I become worried onsite by seeing others not adhering to the rules?

We will have members of staff out and about on-site, but you can call a supervisor at any point on 01590 614646.


What if there is a local or national lockdown? Will I receive a refund?  

If a change in the Government’s Covid-19 safety guidelines prevents you from visiting Beaulieu, we will happily either transfer your See Tickets booking to a future date, or provide a full refund. Please email visit@beaulieu.co.uk with your request together with your booking reference.  Examples of this include regional or national lockdowns, no socialising with other households.


If I become unwell before my visit what should I do?

Please do not visit if you feel unwell with any symptoms of COVID-19 or have come into contact with anyone who may have symptoms. If this is the case and you have paid for your ticket, we will refund your purchase and hope to see you when well again. If this is the case, please email visit@beaulieu.co.uk.
