From medieval monks to Victorian butlers... delve into over 800 years of history as you chat to costumed characters, get hands-on with traditional games and see historic motors in action.
Plus, don't miss Chitty Chitty Bang Bang 50 Years, our fantasmagorical new exhibition celebrating the 50th anniversary of the family-favourite film.

out and about
DAILY PARADES - 2.30pm*
See daily parades of vehicles spanning motoring history - featuring Chitty Chitty Bang Bang from our fantastmagorical Chitty exhibition in the National Motor Museum!
SEE Motors in action - 11am-4.30pm*
For a taste of historic motoring, see one of several vehicles as they drive around the grounds throughout the day with their occupants dressed in period costume.
See Playlets - 12pm - 4.30pm*
Listen as the pianist performs renditions of popular musical pieces from a bygone era in the Lower Drawing Room, typical of Victorian home entertainment.
Victorian Games - 11am - 4.15pm*
Escape from the pressures of modern life and enjoy some good old-fashioned fun with Victorian games and puzzles on the lawns of Palace House.
FALCONRY - 1PM & 3PM*
Meet Lord Montagu's falconer and watch amazing falconry displays. Don't forget to visit the Abbot's Mews exhibition in Beaulieu Abbey to learn more about the history of these magnificent birds.
WALKING TOURS - 12pm, 2pm & 4pm
Join a walking tour of the Abbey Cloister and explore the history of its buildings and the life of the monks who lived, worked and died here. Kids also have the chance to dress up as a Monk.
Collect Character Cards
There will be lots of interesting historical characters to meet on site! Will you be able to collect all their character cards?
Join Creative Workshops
On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays throughout August, get hands-on with creative workshops in the National Motor Museum.
Take part in a range of activities inspired by the 90th anniversary of Golden Arrow breaking the land speed record.

*Please note the parades, playlets, falconry displays and traditional games will not take place on 2 - 4 August, due to the Beaulieu Supercar Weekend event. In addition, the parades will not run in the event of bad weather or on the following event dates: 21 July, 28 July, 11 August, 18 August, 25 August.

Caring for our local wildlife
The New Forest National Park is home to some amazing animals and we share the roads with horses, donkeys and more. Please drive carefully on your way to Beaulieu.
Falconry demonstrations are run responsibly by Lord Montagu's falconer, Mr Paul Manning of Amews Falconry (licence TAE/2019/01)
