Would you like to exhibit at the Custom and American show?
Don’t miss this opportunity to exhibit to thousands of visitors and participants, capacity limits apply so book early to avoid disappointment.
Stand spaces are 5m front by 7m depth and include 1 vehicle pass and 2 entrance wristbands. All items, including gazebos and vehicles, must fit within your stand space*. Multiple stands can be purchased to create a larger stand space if needed, with the depth of the space always staying at 7m. All bookings must be received by the end of Wednesday the week of the event.
Entry for set-up will be available from 2pm on Saturday 20th June 2026. Camping on Saturday night is included as part of your booking, please let us know if you will be arriving on Saturday and camping onsite. Entry on Sunday 21st June for trade set up will be from 7am and all vehicles not positioned within your stand space will need to be removed to the Exhibitors Camping area by 9am in readiness for the public opening at 9.30am. Please note display vehicles can arrive from 8.30am on Sunday 21st June.

*Parking is available a short distance from the stand space for any vehicles/trailers that do not fit within the space. Stand spaces are adjacent to stallholders with a 1m gap between stalls, as such, please ensure you are able to drive into the space if the vehicle is to remain on site as we cannot guarantee your exact stand position.
