A brand new Retro Village will give vintage and retro traders the chance to join a packed Beaulieu Spring Autojumble on May 16th & 17th, alongside more than 1,000 stands of classic car parts and automobilia and anniversary car club displays.

The event is shaping up to be a celebration of nostalgia, showing the retro motoring world at its very best. Retro Village will offer period-perfect paraphernalia, from clothing and fashions to collectables, accessories, vintage homewares, music and more. The wide variety of items will make Retro Village an irresistible place to browse and buy.

This year will also see motoring anniversaries marked by impressive car club displays featuring fascinating vehicles. As the extraordinary Swedish saloon and rallying favourite Saab 96 celebrates its 60th birthday, the Saab Enthusiasts Club will mark the occasion with a display of Saabs sold in Britain from 1960 up to the marque’s demise. Saab always had an enviable reputation for building innovative and class-leading cars, so look out for eye-catching classics in the line-up.

To celebrate its 50th anniversary, the Austin A30 & A35 Owners’ Club will gather a colourful collection of Austin A30s and A35s in Beaulieu’s parkland. These much-loved ‘baby Austins’, reminiscent of a different era of British motoring, are sure to be a crowd-pleaser.

Moggyfest will return by popular demand with a packed display of Morris Minors and contemporary classics. Moggyfest is brought together by the Dorset Branch of the Morris Minor Owners’ Club, which celebrates its 40th anniversary this year.

Spring autojumble media sponsor Practical Classics will also celebrate its 40th anniversary at the show. The magazine first hit newsagents’ shelves in May 1980 and its team aims to gather project cars from throughout the years, including an Austin-Healey ‘Frogeye’ Sprite that was a giveaway prize in its first issue. Staff members, past and present, will meet show-goers on their stand to chat about old times and future projects.

For enthusiasts of Britain’s favourite 4×4, Land Rover Rummage on Sunday 17th will be an unmissable feature for everything Land Rover-related to be bought, bartered and sold.

Another Sunday special is popular Trunk Traders, a treasure trove for surplus spares, tools, books and automobilia as automotive surplus is sold from the back of cars. While on both days of the show, a range of classics will be on sale in Automart and Dealermart.
