We are aware that some visitors are currently experiencing issues receiving their etickets. Please rest assured that if you have not received your etickets, our team in visitor reception will be on hand to help on arrival. 

If I become unwell before my visit what should I do?

Please do not visit if you feel unwell with any symptoms of COVID-19 or have come into contact with anyone who may have symptoms. If this is the case and you have paid for your ticket, we will happily exchange your ticket to another day, or alternatively we will offer a refund with proof of a positive PCR test result.
