FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I use my Gift Aid Pass?
No, the Gift Aid Pass cannot be used on the Spring Autojumble event days.

Can I use my Return For Free pass?
No, the Return For Free pass is not accepted on major event days, including Spring Autojumble.

Do you have a delivery service to the car parks for items purchased in the Autojumble?
Yes, this is available for £1 per delivery tag. There is however, a limit to the weight of any item that we will be able to allow onto the delivery service. This is at the discretion of the delivery service worker. If your item is too heavy to use the delivery service, you will be permitted to bring a vehicle into the showground after the show has closed on Saturday or Sunday afternoon and collect the item from the stallholder. Until this point, the item must remain with the stall holder that it was purchased from. The delivery service only drops off to the designated collection points and will not stop en-route – the collection points are the coach car park (hard standing) or Hides Field (grassed car parking area). Visitors can then drive up to the collections points to collect theirs good(s).

Will there be a bus service to the car parks?
Yes, there is a free shuttle bus taking autojumblers between the car parks to visitor reception.

Is the event accessible to wheelchairs?
Elements of both our rallies and events held in the Beaulieu Parkland are staged on grass. We try to ensure as many areas as possible are accessible from gravel roadways.

Is there disabled parking?
Yes, please follow the signs and show your blue badge to the car park attendants.

Can I look around the National Motor Museum and Palace House for my entrance fee?
Yes, your ticket is inclusive of the entire Beaulieu attraction.

Are catering facilities available?
Yes, the Brabazon restaurant and mobile catering units around the site.

Can I bring my dog to the event?
Dogs are welcomed at Beaulieu and are permitted within the grounds, but for the benefit of other visitors we do require that they be kept on a lead and under control at all times. Owners are also asked to ensure that no mess is left within the grounds where it will be offensive to others. We provide scoops for disposal of mess free of charge. These are available from Visitor Reception
