Can I change the date of my visit?

The time it takes to experience Alice's Christmas Wonderland can vary depending on the individual but we would suggest giving at least 1 hour. Visitors are welcome to explore the remainder of the attraction before or afterwards. 

The Beaulieu attraction will open at 10am daily, with first entry to Palace House being from 10.30am. Last entry to Palace House will be at 4pm. The attraction will close at 5pm. The attraction is closed on Christmas Day. 

Last admission to Palace House is at 4pm. The house will close at 5pm.

Yes, if you’re going to be late, you do not need to let us know. We will simply see you when you arrive.

Yes, Alice's Christmas Wonderland has been designed to appeal to all age ranges including young children. There will also be a kids activity trail to pick up on arrival. 

To purchase family tickets, you need a minimum of 4 people in your group with either 1 or 2 adults and up to 6 children selected.

Those who are visiting on a Peak day will have the opportunity to meet real life curious characters including The Mad Hatter and some of his friends.

If you are unable to print your ticket, please make a note of the booking reference and present to the admission team on arrival. Alternatively you can present your e-ticket at visitor reception on your digital device.

Please be aware that due to our rural location, phone signal can be variable. We recommend taking a screen shot of your e-ticket before arrival.

We are delighted to offer Gift Aid holders an On The Day discount to attend Alice's Christmas Wonderland. These can only be purchased on arrival and not online in advance. More information on tickets and prices will be released soon.

Unfortunatly the National Art Pass cannot be used for admission to Alice's Christmas Wonderland.

Unfortunatly the Caravan & Motorhome Club discount cannot be used for visits between 21 November 2026 - 3 January 2027.

Unfortunatly Blue Peter Badges are unable to be used for visits between 21 November 2026 - 3 January 2027.

Unfortunatly dogs are not allowed inside Palace House.

Yes! Your admission ticket to Alice's Christmas Wonderland includes admission to all the Beaulieu attractions including the National Motor Museum, Palace House, Beaulieu Abbey and more.

We accept Compass cards, Gateway cards, National Disability Cards, letters from Disability Support Services, Personal Independence Payment letters, appropriate Travel/Leisure cards, and blue badges. If you don’t have any of the above, please check with us before your visit.

Yes, we offer free use of manual wheelchairs and electric scooters. We recommend you book these in advance by calling 01590 614646 between 10:00am – 5:00pm.

Please note that the upper floor of Palace House is not wheelchair accessible. A video tour of the upper floor will be available for visitors who are unable to access it. 

Yes, the disabled car park is located next to Visitor Reception. If the disabled car park is full, please park in the coach park opposite.
