Buckler’s Hard

The once thriving shipbuilding village where ships for Nelson’s fleet at Trafalgar were built remains untouched by the passage of time. The unspoilt haven is now an attraction on the banks of the Beaulieu River with a Maritime Museum, shipwright’s cottage and chapel to visit, as well as river cruises and tea rooms.
