Simply Land Rover 2026

Simply Land Rover returned to Beaulieu on Sunday 5 July 2026.

All Land Rover owners were invited to drive into Beaulieu and park up within the museum complex for a superb day out for both owners and enthusiasts.

All ages and models of Land Rover were welcome, which provided a great opportunity to admire some stunning vehicles on display.

All participants had the opportunity to be chosen as the winner of the People's Choice Awards, selected by public vote. Prizes were awarded to the winner and runners-up.

This event included admission to all the Beaulieu attractions, which remained open until 6pm.

BRING THE CLUB!

We accepted club bookings again in 2026. To reserve an area for your club to park together within the event, participants needed to email [email protected] with the following information:

Club Organiser
Club Organiser contact details (telephone number and email address)
Expected number of vehicles (clubs must reach a minimum of 10 vehicles to qualify for a club stand, final numbers required 2 weeks prior to event)
Any special requests/requirements

Please note, club spaces are only reserved until 10.30am, after which the area will be used for general participant parking. Club bookings must be received at least 2 weeks in advance of the event in order to reserve a dedicated parking area.

COMING WITH FRIENDS

Those wishing to park up alongside their friends needed to arrive together as we are unable to reserve adjacent spaces for later arrivals. As we capture advance vehicle information, we do ask that you make separate orders for persons attending in different vehicles where possible.

TICKETS & PRICES

PARTICIPANTS

Participant prices were only valid if arriving in a Land Rover and displaying a vehicle within the event. They were not valid for those arriving on foot and were only applicable to persons arriving in the display vehicle. Entry in a Land Rover was from 9am via the main Beaulieu entrance.

Please note, participant tickets were per person and enough tickets had to be purchased to cover all the occupants of a vehicle. Participant tickets were not valid for additional persons who were not arriving in a relevant vehicle. Tickets could not be used across multiple vehicles so those wishing to come with friends were required to make separate orders.

VISITORS

Those who do not own a Land Rover could still come and enjoy the event as a visitor. Visitor tickets could be purchased in advance or on the day from Visitor Reception. Entry for visitors was from 10am via Visitor Reception.

*Children under 4 required a ticket, which could be booked online free of charge when booking adult tickets.

ADDITIONAL INFO

Participant and visitor tickets included entrance to the rest of the Beaulieu attraction, including the National Motor Museum, Palace House, Little Beaulieu, Beaulieu Abbey and its grounds and gardens
Complimentary carer tickets were available for participants who required them. Participants were asked to complete their order online for their participant tickets and email [email protected] with their booking reference, after which a carer ticket could be emailed to them. Proof of eligibility was required in conjunction with all carer tickets, such as Compass Cards, PIP Letters or Blue Badges. There was no further discount for concessionary tickets as participant tickets are already discounted from general admission prices.

VEHICLE ENTRY

Entry with a Land Rover was from 9am – 2pm.

Visitors were advised to print or download their ticket (as signal can be limited on site) and have them ready to be scanned on arrival.

We ask participants not to arrive early for our Simply rallies as no facilities will be open prior to 9am.

Cars cannot leave and re-enter the grounds for the Simply rallies.

People’s Choice Awards

The People’s Choice Award took place at 3pm in the arena, where the top three cars, as voted for by the public, received prizes.

Visitors could vote for their favourite car at the voting station by the arena. Voting closed at 1.30pm. Winners were required to be with their vehicle at 2.30pm to be notified of their win.

Taking place at Simply Land Rover, Land Rover Rummage brought together a wide selection of Land Rover spares in one convenient area.

The Land Rover Rummage opened at 10am on Sunday 5th July and close at 5pm.

LAND ROVER RUMMAGE TRADE STANDS

This popular feature at Simply Land Rover allowed exhibitors to trade their Land Rover-related goods with a large audience of motoring enthusiasts.

Exhibitors wishing to take part were asked to download and complete the booking form and email [email protected].

We partnered with Land Rover Experience West Country to give Simply Land Rover visitors the opportunity to try Beaulieu’s very own off-road Forest Drive.

Visitors who has purchased Simply Land Rover tickets were able to book Forest Drive and experience the course in the woodland surrounding Beaulieu.

The Forest Drive provided the opportunity for participants to get their wheels dirty and put their Land Rover through its paces, with steep slopes, plenty of bumps and the occasional water crossing making it the perfect playground for Land Rover enthusiasts.

Own vehicle

Visitors could take their own Land Rover around the hour-long Forest Drive adventure.

To participate in the own-car drive, visitors were required to have their own Land Rover to use on the course when purchasing a ticket.
Driver of a LRE vehicle*

Back for 2026, visitors had the opportunity to drive one of the Land Rover Experience vehicles through the Forest Drive route. Supported in the vehicle by a Land Rover Experience instructor, participants were in safe hands throughout the experience.

*Spaces were limited to one driver per convoy, so early booking was recommended to avoid disappointment.
No Land Rover? No problem!

Visitors who did not have a Land Rover of their own, or who preferred not to get their vehicle muddy, could book a slot to drive or ride in a Land Rover Experience vehicle.
Passenger in a LRE vehicle

Passenger seats in Land Rover Experience Vehicles are also available. Jump in with your friend driving the vehicle to capture all the action, or hop in with a professional who will take the wheel.

Forest Drive Prices

The Forest Drive was charged separately, and the prices did not include the entrance fee to the Simply Land Rover event or Beaulieu attraction.

A second session could also be booked on the day, subject to availability and remaining capacity.

Each convoy included up to 12 participants’ own vehicles, as well as a lead and tail Land Rover Experience vehicle. Availability was limited for each time slot, with only one driver slot available per convoy. Participants were required to choose their time slot when purchasing their ticket.

Participation in the Forest Drive is at your own risk and you will be required to sign and complete a disclaimer prior to taking part in the Forest Drive, this will be emailed closer to the event or available on the day. Those visitors who book to drive a Land Rover Experience vehicle must have a full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points and be prepared to show this on the day, as well as your driving licence record. There is no age restriction to drive one of the Land Rover Experience vehicles. More information will be emailed to those booked in closer to the event.

Visitors who wish to be a passenger in a Land Rover Experience vehicle must be aged 6 or over. Booster/children seats can be used at the parents’ discretion but must be provided and fitted by the parent if chosen to be used.

On the day, please ensure that you check into the Forest Drive Registration Point (located on the hard standing arena) at least 30 minutes prior to your convoy time and the briefing for each convoy will begin approximately 15 minutes prior to the convoy start time.

6m frontage by 5m depth

Each stand space includes 1 vehicle pass and 2 entrance wristbands. All items, including gazebos and vehicles, must fit within your stand space*. Multiple stands can be purchased to create a larger stand space if needed. All bookings must be received by 2pm the Thursday before the event.

*Parking is available a short distance from the stand space for any vehicles/trailers that do not fit within the space. Stand spaces are adjacent to stallholders with a 1m gap between stalls, as such, please ensure you are able to drive into the space if the vehicle is to remain on site as we cannot guarantee your exact stand position.

Driving in the New Forest

We are very lucky to be located in the heart of the New Forest, however this does offer up some unique hazards on the roads that require extra care as detailed in the Highway Code.

Please drive carefully and responsibly when attending our events and be aware of free-roaming animals and cyclists on the roads.

Due to the close proximity of our neighbours, please be respectful when entering and leaving the event.
