Participant tickets for VW T Chill also include entry into all of the Beaulieu attraction during opening hours. They are only valid if arriving in a VW Transporter or other VW van and taking part in the event. Others wishing to enjoy the day and view the vehicles on the show day of Sunday 13 August must buy General admission tickets. Please note, the VW Transporters are not on public view on Friday 11 August or Saturday 12 August.

All participants included in this order must arrive in the same vehicle. A maximum of 5 participant tickets can therefore be purchased per order, issued as one e-ticket. Please note an e-ticket cannot be used across multiple vehicles.

Tickets will be exchanged for wristbands on arrival (Friday and Saturday arrivals only) and are valid for entry across the event days, there are no individual day tickets.

Camping tickets are required per camping unit, i.e. per Transporter. Participant tickets allow entry from 12pm on Friday 11 August with camping permitted Friday 11 August and Saturday 12 August only.

Further event information will be sent to all ticket holders within 2 weeks of the event.

4) Claim your ANNUAL PASS to the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu

At no additional cost, you can receive an annual pass to the National Motor Museum if you are a UK tax payer and are happy to Gift Aid your purchase to help the National Motor Museum Trust. If you do not want your payment to be treated as a Gift Aid donation, please deselect the box and choose one of the alternative options.
