Other information
This is a front door from a house bombed by the Russians in the Donetsk Oblast region of Ukraine. The scorch marks can still be clearly seen on the upper section and the bomb blast has mangled the locks that had once kept this home safe. This door is a symbol to all who have lost their homes in the many conflicts around the world…To the many who have had to flee to save their lives…To those who have become refugees or become separated from their dear ones… To all the families torn apart… To those who have lost loved ones… To the innocent young and old who have had their lives taken from them.
