Long Ly came to the UK as a refugee of the Vietnam war. After completing his education and becoming a chef and restaurant manager, he changed direction and is now a completely self-taught sculptor renowned for creating captivating artworks solely through the technique of hand-cutting recycled and reclaimed metals.
