How it works
- Add Flexible Booking Protection to your original Beaulieu General Admission ticket booking.
- One Flexible Booking Protection product is valid for up to five paying individuals (excluding free tickets).
- If your circumstances change and you decide you cannot visit on the original date selected, you have 365 days from the date of purchase, in which to use your tickets.
- You do not need to notify us of your decision. Simply use your tickets on an alternative date, excluding major event days. Major event days include BBC Gardeners’ World Spring Fair, Spring Autojumble, Custom & American, Supercar Weekend and International Autojumble, A Palace House Christmas experience.
Terms & Conditions
Flexible Booking Protection allows you to change the date of your visit to the Beaulieu attraction if you are unable to attend on your original booking date due to a change in circumstances. This is an optional add-on available at the time of booking.
- Booking Protection is non-refundable and cannot be added after the initial booking.
- This product does not entitle the purchaser to a full or partial refund.
- Booking Protection applies only to the general admission ticket booking for which it was purchased.
- In the event that no suitable alternative date is available, standard terms apply and no refund will be offered.
