All VW Transporter owners were invited to to park up and camp within the grounds of Beaulieu for VW T Chill! It was a superb weekend for VW Transporter owners and enthusiasts.
Sunday visitors to Beaulieu were able to see the colourful display of VW Transporters parked on the Beaulieu arena for a show and shine, followed by presentations and trophies.

There will be family friendly activities scheduled through the weekend including a drive out and the ever popular water fight. This year's theme is Vanimation. Dress up as your favourite animated character or cartoon and compete for the prize of the best dressed!
Participant prices are only valid if arriving in a VW Transporter (all T series welcome) and taking part in the event. Standard admission fee applies for all other visitors.
Tickets can be purchased in advance online or on arrival. A £1 handling charge per order applies when purchased by telephone.
Camping is available to all show participants, simply purchase a camping ticket with your event tickets. Camping includes Friday and Saturday night.
Toilets with washing facilities are provided however there are no showers. There are plenty of fresh water points and an Elsan Point.
The Brabazon Restaurant will be open for lunch, cakes, teas and coffee from 10am on Friday and Saturday, and 9am on Sunday.
You are allowed to leave the event at any time and re-enter.
COMING WITH FRIENDS
If you wish to park up alongside your friends you must all arrive together with individual e-tickets as we are unable to reserve adjacent spaces for later arrivals.
Only 1 e-ticket is produced per order. If you are being joined by friends in separate vehicles, please ensure you make separate orders, or please call 01590 614614 and tickets will be posted to you. A £1 handling charge per order applies when purchased by telephone.

DRIVING IN THE NEW FOREST
We are very lucky to be located in the heart of the New Forest however this does offer up some unique hazards on the roads.
Please drive carefully and responsibly when attending our events and be aware of free-roaming animals and cyclists on the roads. Due to the close proximity of our neighbours, please be respectful when entering and leaving the event.

Are tickets per person or per vehicle?
Tickets are charged per person.
Can I photograph/ film the event?
Whilst Beaulieu welcomes visitors to take their own still images and film whilst at an event, these should be for personal use only and not for commercial resale without the prior consent of Beaulieu. All commercial requests must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to attending an event.
Can I bring my drone?
No, the use of unmanned aerial vehicles or drones by visitors for film and photography purposes whilst on the Beaulieu attraction car parking and other related parkland and grounds is strictly prohibited.
Can I use my return for free?
If you are visiting the event you can use your return for free however it is not valid for those wishing to show their vehicle
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcomed at Beaulieu and are permitted within the grounds, but for the benefit of other visitors we do require that they be kept on a lead and under control at all times. Owners are also asked to ensure that no mess is left within the grounds where it will be offensive to others. We provide scoops for disposal of mess free of charge. These are available from Visitor Reception. We regret that we do not allow dogs inside the National Motor Museum, Palace House, Abbey, Brabazon Restaurant, World of Top Gear, On Screen Cars, the Secret Army Exhibition, or on any of the rides. Please note that there is a special area available beneath the Motor Museum entrance where your dog may be left whilst you visit the Motor Museum. Please note this is not a supervised area and owners leave their dogs at their own risk.
