Back by popular demand, all VW Van owners are invited to drive into the grounds of Beaulieu and park up within the museum complex for VW T Chill. It promises to be a superb weekend for VW Van owners and enthusiasts.
Following the latest Government advice, we are sorry to postpone this event as the Beaulieu attraction and offices have now closed to visitors. We will, however, plan to rearrange a new date for later in the year. Tickets will still be valid for the rearranged date and we will contact ticket holders directly with further information. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please check our website for further news updates.
Sunday visitors to Beaulieu will be able to see the colourful display of VW Vans parked on the Beaulieu arena for a show and shine, followed by presentations and trophies.
Please note, this event is only open for viewing by the public on Sunday.
There will be family friendly activities scheduled throughout the weekend for participants including a water fight, children's games and a pub quiz.
Participants will be eligible to enter the various prize categories ranging from Best Fancy Dress, Vansee Dress, Best Project and more...

Participant prices are only valid if arriving in a participating vehicle and taking part in the event. Standard admission fee applies for all other visitors.
Tickets can be purchased upon arrival, however we encourage participants to buy tickets in advance online or by calling the events team on 01590 614614. A £1 postage charge per order applies when purchased by telephone.
Camping is available to all show participants, simply purchase a camping ticket with your event tickets. Camping includes Friday and Saturday night.
Toilets with washing facilities are provided however there are no showers. There are plenty of fresh water points and an Elsan Point.
Please note, firepits are not permitted.
Entry with your VW is from
- 12.00 – 22.00 on Friday 14th
- 10.00 – 22.00 on Saturday 15th
- 09.00 – 14.00 on Sunday 16th
The Brabazon Restaurant will be open for lunch, cakes, teas and coffee from 10am on Friday and Saturday, and 9am on Sunday.
Due to the close proximity of our neighbours, we ask for no late exits and re-entries from participants.
COMING WITH FRIENDS
If you wish to park up alongside your friends you must all arrive together with individual e-tickets as we are unable to reserve adjacent spaces for later arrivals.
Only 1 e-ticket is produced per order. If you are being joined by friends in separate vehicles, please ensure you make separate orders, or please call 01590 614614 and tickets will be posted to you. A £1 postage charge per order applies when purchased by telephone.

DRIVING IN THE NEW FOREST
We are very lucky to be located in the heart of the New Forest however this does offer up some unique hazards on the roads.
Please drive carefully and responsibly when attending our events and be aware of free-roaming animals and cyclists on the roads. Due to the close proximity of our neighbours, please be respectful when entering and leaving the event.

Are tickets per person or per vehicle?
Tickets are charged per person.
Can I photograph/ film the event?
While Beaulieu welcomes visitors to take photographs and footage at our events – for personal use and to share on social media – these should not be used for commercial gain without prior consent from Beaulieu. For commercial photoshoots and filming requests, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements before an event. For public safety reasons, photography and filming are not allowed in our car parks or on the roadside outside the Beaulieu entrance.
Can I bring my drone?
No, the use of unmanned aerial vehicles or drones by visitors for film and photography purposes whilst on the Beaulieu attraction, car parking and other related parkland and grounds is strictly prohibited.
Can I use my return for free?
If you are visiting the event you can use your return for free however it is not valid for those wishing to show their vehicle.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcomed at Beaulieu and are permitted within the grounds, but for the benefit of other visitors we do require that they be kept on a lead and under control at all times. Owners are also asked to ensure that no mess is left within the grounds where it will be offensive to others. We provide scoops for disposal of mess free of charge. These are available from Visitor Reception. We regret that we do not allow dogs inside the National Motor Museum, Palace House, Abbey, Brabazon Restaurant, World of Top Gear, On Screen Cars, the Secret Army Exhibition, or on any of the rides. Please note that there is a special area available beneath the Motor Museum entrance where your dog may be left whilst you visit the Motor Museum. Please note this is not a supervised area and owners leave their dogs at their own risk.
