You are welcome to visit the attraction before your performance and enjoy all the festivities in Palace House, the National Motor Museum and Little Beaulieu by purchasing attraction tickets via the website

Once I have booked my tickets, can I change the date or time of my booking?

Unfortunately, due to the strict limited capacity of each performance, we are unable to amend bookings once made.

Is the performance area suitable for mobility scooters, wheelchairs and pushchairs?

Due to the inherent nature of the 13th century Beaulieu Abbey ruins, there are some accessibility challenges, but we will have a ramp in position between the two performance areas and would ask that anyone with special requirements contacts us before the performance via abbey@tackroomtheatre.co.uk.

Am I able to order a carer ticket?

If you require a carer to attend this event with you, please email abbey@tackroomtheatre.co.uk to arrange this.

All ticket sales are via the website to help us manage capacity and audience information.

Will the performance go ahead if it's raining?

Yes, unless there is an official severe weather warning for either rain, gales or snow in the Beaulieu vicinity, the performances will go ahead and are fully open air. Will any seating be available or can I bring my own seat?

The hour-long performance will be standing with the audience moving between three scenes. Seating will not be provided, and to get the best experience and view we ask you not to bring seating other than a shooting stick if required for assistance. Please wear sensible shoes that you can both walk in on uneven ground and that are comfortable for the duration of the performance.

Will there be anywhere to buy refreshments before the performance starts?

Yes, refreshments will be available to purchase from either the Brabazon Restaurant or a pop-up café near to the performance area.

Performance attendees arriving by car will be directed to the Beaulieu visitor car park. You will then be directed from visitor reception to the Beaulieu Abbey. We would recommend bringing a torch if you have one.

As the performance is outdoors, can I bring my dog?

Please do not bring dogs to the performance for the safety of both the audience and performers.

If you are arriving by taxi, please ensure that you have the return journey booked and a pick-up point agreed with the taxi company in advance. Due to limited phone coverage at Beaulieu and limited availability of taxis, it may not be feasible to book a taxi at the end of the performance.
