Yes, wristbands and car park passes can be purchased at Exhibitors Enquiries: Friday 7am–6pm, Saturday 7am–12pm, Sunday 7am–11am. Outside these hours, collections only via Security.

Book as early as possible when bookings open (normally January, or at the event for the following year). New stand allocations are confirmed after 13th July. Stand movements are not guaranteed; earlier booking improves your chances of a preferred stand.

Yes, evening entertainment takes place on Friday and Saturday night in the green field catering area, for exhibitors only.

Shower facilities are provided in the Exhibitors' Car Park and adjacent to the permanent toilet block in Red Field (open outside public opening times only).

No, however VAT receipts and paid invoices can be provided on request.

Notify the Events Office on 01590 614614 as soon as possible to cancel. Refunds (where the space can be re-let and all passes/tickets returned) are as follows:

  • 30+ days before the event Friday: 10% administration fee deducted
  • Less than 30 days but more than 7 days before: 30% administration fee deducted
  • Less than 7 days before: No refund given

Cheques should be made payable to Beaulieu Enterprises Limited. Cheques cannot be postdated. Only cash or card payments accepted within two weeks of the event.
