No, as in previous years, there is no overflow exhibitors’ car park in operation for 2027 and all exhibitors must park within the exhibitors’ car park where a pass is required. This is due to falling demand for its use and rising costs of providing this facility (shuttle bus, hire of field, staffing, toilets).

Exhibitors will be able to come in through the Exhibitor’s Entrance (off of the B3054). There is strictly no admittance for anyone wearing an exhibitor wristband via Visitor Reception.

Stallholders can book for the 2028 event at 2027 prices on the event day only. Booking forms can be completed at the information point at the event.

We advise all exhibitors to book as early as possible for 2027 when bookings are available (normally January, unless booking now at the event for 2028) to avoid disappointment. However, you will not be confirmed on your new stands until after the allocation date, 13th July, for International Autojumble. Stand movements are not guaranteed, but the earlier you book the more likely you are to get a preferred stand – stand allocations after 13th July are then done based on the order in which people book.

Evening entertainment will be taking place on Friday and Saturday night in the green field catering area – for exhibitors only.

Shower facilities will be provided at both Autojumbles in the Exhibitors’ Car Park as in 2026. There will also be a shower unit positioned adjacent to the permanent toilets block in red field, this will only be open outside of public opening times.
