Can I turn up and pay on the day?
No, all trade must be booked in advance by completing and returning the relevant booking form with payment by the end of Wednesday the week off the event where space still permits. Trade spaces may sell out so we advise to book early to avoid disappointment. Confirmation must also be received from the events team to confirm you are booked in and your passes have been sent to you.
I haven’t received my wristbands and vehicle passes?
Please email us at events@beaulieu.co.uk or call 01590 614614 if you have not received your passes by the Thursday before the event. Replacement passes can then be left at the gate to be collected on arrival.
Can I buy an extra ticket for an additional person that now wishes to join me?
Yes, if you need any additional wristbands or vehicle passes these can be added to your booking. Please call 01590 614614 to purchase any additional passes you need to add to your trade booking.
Where will my stand be located?
Trade stands at Custom and American are located on grass alongside the arena and on the opposite field. Stand location cannot be guaranteed as this depends on other traders booked in and the space available.
Where will I be parked?
Stand spaces are 5m frontage by 7m depth. All items, including gazebos and vehicles, must fit within your stand space. Multiple stands can be purchased to create a larger stand space if needed but the depth will always remain at 7m.
Parking is available a short distance from the stand space for any vehicles/trailers that do not fit within the space. Stand spaces are adjacent to stallholders with a 1m gap between stalls, as such, please ensure you are able to drive into the space if the vehicle is to remain on site as we cannot guarantee your exact stand position.
Can I bring a gazebo?
Yes, you are welcome to bring a gazebo and anything else needed for your stand space. Stand spaces are 5m frontage by 7m depth. All items, including gazebos and vehicles, must fit within your stand space. Multiple stands can be purchased to create a larger stand space if needed with the depth always remaining at 7m.
Can I bring my dog?
Although dogs are very welcome at Beaulieu within the grounds and gardens, we would like to make you aware that the event involves vehicle moment of arrivals and departures throughout the day.
Dogs must always be kept under control, on a lead at all times and any deposits cleared up.
Is there electricity available?
No, unfortunately there is no power available to any stand spaces at the event. Silent running generators only are permitted.
Is there trader Wi-Fi available?
Unfortunately, we do not have the facility to offer wi-fi to traders or visitors within the event. Wi-Fi is available on site from the Brabazon restaurant (during opening hours) and other locations within the event. We may be able to provide a connection on the day, depending on location of trade stands, but this cannot be guaranteed. As such we recommend card payment systems that rely on phone signal of Vodafone or O2. We cannot guarantee the reliability of the phone networks from these providers.
Can I distribute leaflets around the event?
No, any advertising must be contained within your stand space.
What time can I arrive?
Entry for set-up will be available from 2pm on Saturday 20th June 2026. Camping on Saturday night is included as part of your booking, please let us know if you will be arriving on Saturday and camping onsite. Entry on Sunday 21st June for trade set up will be from 7am and all vehicles not positioned within your stand space will need to be removed to the Exhibitors Camping area by 9am in readiness for the public opening at 9.30am. Please note display vehicles can arrive from 8.30am on Sunday 21st June.
What time can I leave?
The event closes at 5pm so we encourage traders to stay for the duration of the event for all visitors and participants in attendance.
Is camping included for traders?
Camping on Saturday night is included as part of your booking, please let us know if you will be arriving on Saturday and camping onsite. Please note, camping is permitted in the designated area reserved for traders in the event parkland or on your trade stand. Please note, if camping on your stand there is no access into the attraction beyond the trade area after 6pm, including Little Beaulieu. Please note, only toilet facilities are provided overnight. The entrance gates are staffed all night, but we do ask for no late arrivals/exits where possible.
Will trade spaces sell out?
Trade spaces will reach capacity as we get closer to the event so please book early to avoid disappointment. Alternatively, please email events@beaulieu.co.uk or call 01590 614614 to discuss availability.
Can I trade as a catering unit?
No, we are in a catering contract for all our events with Premier Food Courts. If you would like to trade as a catering unit at the event, please contact Premier Food Courts directly.
The sale of alcohol/food for consumption off site is permitted. Please contact the events team by email events@beaulieu.co.uk if you would like further information.
What happens if I can no longer attend the Custom and American Show?
To receive a part refund, Exhibitors must notify the Events Office on 01590 614614 as soon as possible if they wish to cancel. Provided the stand space(s) can be re-let and provided all passes/tickets have been returned, refunds will be made as follows; 30 days + in advance of the event—10% administration fee deducted, less than 30 days but more than 7 days in advance—30% administration fee deducted, less than 7 days—No refund will be given.

Will the event still go ahead in bad weather?
Yes, unless stated otherwise on the website, the event will take place in all weather conditions. Please see the Custom and American page for the latest updates. In the unforeseen circumstance where the event is cancelled, we will contact all traders booked in to attend.
Will I have access to the Beaulieu attraction?
Yes, your Custom and American ticket includes entry to the Beaulieu attraction.
