Beaulieu Attraction Corporate Admission – T&Cs

    1. Definitions

    “Attraction” refers to the Beaulieu Visitor Attraction.

    “Corporate Client” refers to the company, organisation, or group purchasing tickets in bulk.

    “Tickets” refers to the general admission tickets purchased under this agreement.

    “Members” refers to employees, clients, or other individuals authorised by the Corporate Client to use the Tickets.

     

    1. Scope of Tickets

    Tickets are valid for general admission to the Beaulieu Visitor Attraction only.

    Tickets are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

    Tickets are not valid for separately ticketed or specially charged events, experiences, or exhibitions.

    Any excluded events are listed below and will be communicated in writing to the Corporate Client at the point of purchase. More events may be added as they arise.

    Excluded events:

    • A Palace House Christmas 29th November 2025 – 4th January 2026
    • BBC Gardeners’ World Spring Fair 1st – 3rd May 2026
    • Beaulieu Supercar Weekend 1 – 2 August 2026
    • Outdoor Theatre 12th – 13th August 2026

     

    1. Purchase and Payment

    Bulk ticket purchases must be made directly through the Attraction’s group sales team.

    Payment must be made in full prior to the issue of any Tickets, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT (if applicable) and are subject to change until payment is received.

     

    1. Distribution and Use of Tickets

    Tickets will be issued as electronic e-tickets unless otherwise agreed.

    The Corporate Client is responsible for distributing Tickets to its Members and making them aware of the terms and conditions of usage.

    Tickets are valid for one-time entry during the validity period stated on the ticket.

    Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable once issued.

    Tickets may not be resold or used for promotional purposes without the prior written consent of the Attraction.

     

    1. Validity and Exclusions

    Each Ticket is valid for the period stated and must be presented for entry.

    The Attraction reserves the right to close all or part of the site for maintenance, events, or adverse weather without prior notice.

    In such cases, the Attraction will, at its discretion, offer an alternative date for visit or a refund to the Corporate Client.

     

    1. Member Responsibilities

    Members must comply with all Attraction visitor policies, health and safety guidelines, and any instructions from staff.

    The Attraction reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor who does not comply with these conditions or behaves inappropriately.

     

    1. Liability

    The Attraction accepts no liability for any loss, injury, or damage sustained on site, except where caused by its negligence or breach of statutory duty.

    The Corporate Client is responsible for ensuring that its Members are aware of and agree to these Terms and Conditions before visiting.

     

    1. Cancellations and Refunds

    Once Tickets are purchased, they cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the Attraction is unable to provide access on the agreed date(s).

    In the event of cancellation by the Attraction, the Corporate Client will be offered a refund or replacement Tickets.

     

    1. Data Protection

    The Attraction will process any personal data provided in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy.

    These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Attraction and the Corporate Client in relation to the bulk purchase of Tickets.

    The Attraction reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
