Can I turn up and pay on the day?
No, all trade must be booked in advance by completing and returning the exhibitor booking form with payment by 2pm the Wednesday prior to event. All trade spaces are subject to availability, and we may reach capacity prior to this date. A confirmation is sent from the events team to confirm you are booked in.
Will trade spaces sell out?
Trade spaces will reach capacity as we get closer to the event so please book early to avoid disappointment. Alternatively, please email events@beaulieu.co.uk or call 01590 614614 to discuss availability.
I haven’t received my wristbands and vehicle passes?
Exhibitor passes and final information is posted out within the 2 weeks of the event.
Please note: Passes are not posted out until payment for a booking is completed.
Please email us at events@beaulieu.co.uk or call 01590 614614 if you have not received your passes by the Thursday before the event. Replacement passes can then be left at the gate to be collected on arrival.
Can I buy an extra ticket for an additional person that now wishes to join me?
Yes, if you need any additional wristbands or vehicle passes these can be added to your booking. Please call 01590 614614 to purchase any additional passes you need to your trade booking.
Where will my stand be located?
Trade stands at the Beaulieu Supercar Weekend are located on grass within the main Supercar Weekend parkland displays (except for Limited Premium Trade options). Exact stand locations cannot be guaranteed as this depends on other traders booked in and the space available.
How big are the uncovered trade stands?
Stand spaces are 5m in depth and available as 3m frontage or 6m frontage. Multiple stands may be booked to create a bigger space but stands will always be 5m depth.
Where will I be parked?
All items, including gazebos and vehicles, must fit within your stand space. Multiple stands can be purchased to create a larger stand space if needed.
Parking is available a short distance from the stand space for any vehicles/trailers that do not fit within the space. Stand spaces are adjacent to stallholders with a 1m gap between stalls, as such, please ensure you are able to drive into the space if the vehicle is to remain on site as we cannot guarantee your exact stand position.
Do you offer covered stand spaces?
Yes, we offer 3x3m trade spaces within a 6x6m marquee. There are divides between traders. If you book a multiple space, these will be allocated as side by side. Please bear in mind that a supporting beam will be at the 3m section. If booking 3 spaces, these will be allocated in an L-shape.
Covered stand options are subject to availability and minimum numbers being met.
Can I bring a gazebo?
Yes, you are welcome to bring a gazebo and anything else needed for your stand space. Please ensure that gazebos are properly secured and/or weighted to withstand the great British Weather.
Is there electricity available?
No, unfortunately there is no power available to any stand spaces at the event. Silent running generators only are permitted.
Is there trader Wi-Fi available?
Unfortunately, we do not have the facility to offer wi-fi to traders or visitors within the event. Wi-Fi is available on site from the Brabazon restaurant (during opening hours) and other locations within the event. We may be able to provide a connection on the day, depending on location of trade stands, but this cannot be guaranteed. As such we recommend card payment systems that rely on phone signal of Vodafone or O2. We cannot guarantee the reliability of the phone networks from these providers.
Can I distribute leaflets around the event?
No, any advertising must be contained within your stand space.
What time can I arrive?
Trade arrivals are from 12pm the Friday prior to the event for set up. Please indicate on your booking form if you plan to arrive from this time.
Arrivals on the day are from 7am and exhibitors must be set up prior to show opening at 10am. Please note, Supercar display arrivals are from 7.30am.
What time can I leave?
The event closes at 5pm so we encourage traders to stay for the duration of the event for all visitors and participants in attendance.
Is camping included for traders?
Yes, exhibitors can camp as part of their booking for the Friday and Saturday night. Camping is available on stand spaces (excluding stand spaces within the main Beaulieu attraction) or within the designated camping area.
Please note, only toilet facilities are provided overnight. The entrance gates are staffed all night, but we do ask for no late arrivals/exits where possible.
No access to the attraction areas is permitted after 6pm.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, dogs are very welcome at Beaulieu within the grounds and gardens. Dogs are not allowed in the indoor spaces. Dogs must always be kept under control and on a lead and any mess cleared up.
We would like to make you aware that the Supercar Weekend involves vehicle movement and loud demonstrations.
Can I trade as a catering unit?
No, we are in a catering contract for all our events with Premier Food Courts. If you would like to trade as a catering unit at the event, please contact Premier Food Courts directly.
The sale of alcohol/food for consumption off site is permitted. Please contact the events team by email events@beaulieu.co.uk if you would like further information.
What happens if I can no longer attend the Beaulieu Supercar Weekend?
To receive a part refund, Exhibitors must notify the Events Office on 01590 614614 as soon as possible if they wish to cancel. Provided the stand space(s) can be re-let and provided all passes/tickets have been returned, refunds will be made as follows; 30 days + in advance of the event—10% administration fee deducted, less than 30 days but more than 7 days in advance—30% administration fee deducted, less than 7 days—No refund will be given.

Will the event still go ahead in bad weather?
Yes, unless stated otherwise on the website, the event will take place in all weather conditions. Please see the Beaulieu Supercar Weekend page for the latest updates. In the unforeseen circumstance where the event is cancelled, we will contact all traders booked in to attend.
Will I have access to the Beaulieu attraction?
Yes, your Beaulieu Supercar Weekend booking includes entry to the Beaulieu attraction.
