This Is My Theatre presents The Great Gatsby on Thursday 13 August 2026.
Step into the roaring 1920s, where the champagne flows, the jazz trumpet blows, and the American Dream gleams with irresistible allure. This electrifying stage adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s timeless novel brings Jay Gatsby’s glittering world to life – a place of opulence, obsession and heartbreak.
As Nick Carraway is drawn into the orbit of his mysterious neighbor, the secrets behind Gatsby’s lavish parties begin to unravel, revealing a story of love lost and illusion pursued. Following This Is My Theatre’s previous touring productions of Pride & Prejudice and Treasure Island, the theatre production company is back this Summer with another family-friendly adventure. Their adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s much-loved story – packed with glamour, guile and plenty of gorgeous music – will be sure to captivate audiences of all ages.about the play
