We’ll be in full festive mode and look forward to welcoming you for a memorable day out!

We are sorry, but a separate ticket for the National Motor Museum will not be available. Our standard tickets are an all-inclusive ticket to the full Beaulieu attraction, including A Palace House Christmas during this time. Gift Aid Annual and Donation Pass holders will still be able to access the National Motor Museum only by presenting their pass on arrival, but access to the wider attraction is not included as per the standard terms and conditions of the pass.
Is the whole experience accessible to those with mobility needs?
Palace House has some accessibility limitations for those with mobility issues, specifically related to the upper floor. The lower level of Palace House is accessible to wheelchair users, but there isn't a lift to the upper floor. A visual guide to the Christmas experience in the upstairs rooms will be available, and staff will provide assistance. For more accessibility information about visiting Beaulieu visit https://www.beaulieu.co.uk/plan-your-visit/accessibility/
Can I take a pushchair into the experience?
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pushchairs inside of Palace House during this busy period, but we will have a sheltered area for you to leave you pushchair outside.
How long does the experience last?
This very much depends on how each visitor likes to enjoy such an experience, but we would expect it to take the best part of an hour to walk around all of the rooms, taking in the theming, decorations and light and soundscapes. There is also a Christmas Gift Shop within Palace House that will have some of the decorations on display available to purchase, alongside our normal ranges of gifts. Your ticket will include the wider Beaulieu attraction, as well as the opportunity to have refreshments in the Brabazon Coffee Shop and Restaurant, or a Festive Afternoon Tea in the Abbey Domus. On this basis we’d advise allowing 4 – 5 hours for the full Beaulieu experience.
Do I have to pay to park at Beaulieu?
No parking is free to those attending the attraction.

No there isn’t a formal meet Father Christmas experience at Beaulieu, however, he has been known to make a passing appearance at Beaulieu on weekends and during the school holidays in the lead up to Christmas.

Does the experience include an actual pantomime performance?
