Outreach and Access Project Officer
Part-time 22.5 hours per week, fixed term contract to 31st August 2016
This is an exciting opportunity to manage and deliver community outreach and access aspects of a First World War commemorative project, supported by The Heritage Lottery Fund. Caravans and Charabancs – Leisure Motoring After the First World War aims to engage a range of audiences using previously unseen Collections of the National Motor Museum Trust and its project partner The Caravan Club.
Educated to degree level or with equivalent experience, the successful candidate will have a proven track record in project and budget management. Demonstrable skills in delivering engaging community outreach activities within a heritage context are essential. Self motivated and an excellent communicator, experience should include developing and maintaining community partnerships, while working with a range of audiences and practitioners.
Some travel will be required.
