River Taxi Operator

LOCATION: Beaulieu, Hampshire, SO42 7ZN

TYPE: Variable

We are now accepting applications for our 2015 season. You will be required to hold the following qualifications: Powerboat level 2, First Aid, VHF licence, an ML5 Certificate or statement of fitness from your GP. You will need experience in boat handling, dealing with the public and cash handling.

Ice Cream Attendant

LOCATION: Buckler's Hard, Hampshire, SO42 7XB

TYPE: Variable

We require a member of staff to work weekends, school holidays and during July in our ice cream kiosk whilst maintaining a high standard of customer service, complying with Food Hygiene regulations and following Health and Safety procedures. All aspects of training will be provided. Applicants must be able to work on their own and be physically fit.

Shipwright School Instructor

LOCATION: Buckler's Hard, Hampshire, SO42 7XB

SALARY: £30,000 pa

IBTC Portsmouth is the new branch of the acclaimed IBTC in Lowestoft, Suffolk and is setting up a Shipwright School at Buckler's Hard in the New Forest. The aim is to recreate 17th & 18th century boat and shipbuilding activity on the site where a number of the ships of Nelson's Navy were built. We are looking for people who have proven skills and knowledge and the desire to pass these on to motivated and enthusiastic students of all ages. The applicant will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, but does not necessarily require teaching qualifications.
