HR Assistant

Beaulieu Enterprises is a unique organisation with a diverse workplace which has many varied roles across the estate. About 250 people work full or part time in both permanent and seasonal positions.

This is an interesting and varied position which plays a part in the smooth running of Beaulieu and the development and motivation of staff working in the different entities including the Beaulieu Visitor attraction the National Motor Museum, Beaulieu Estate, Buckler’s Hard and Beaulieu River.

 You will act as a point of contact for day-to-day general HR enquiries, providing information and guidance in line with Company policies/guidelines, and responding to queries in a timely manner.

You will provide comprehensive administrative support with a particular focus on recruitment. You will coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process from start to finish. You will also maintain employee records on our employee management system People HR.

We are looking for someone with excellent administrative skills who has proven experience of staff recruitment and general HR. You will be a competent user in all Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, MS Word and Excel. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a high level of attention to detail. It is important that you can multi task and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines and have a methodical approach. Most importantly you will be personable and have the ability to communicate at all levels. Discretion and confidentiality are essential in this role.
