Would you like to join our Events Team to help deliver an exciting and varied event programme here at Beaulieu and Buckler’s Hard in what can be a busy, fast-paced environment?
We are looking for a good team player with event management experience who is open-minded, has a creative flair and is good at problem solving. They will be responsible for delivering and developing well-established events as well as introducing new events at both locations. An interest in motoring events would be helpful, but is not essential.
The successful applicant must be computer literate and be well-organised in order to meet tight deadlines with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a high level of attention to detail. Previous administrative and customer facing experience is ideal for this role as much of our work involves administrative tasks preparing for events as well as dealing with exhibitors, suppliers and visitors. We value individuals who are willing to go above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our customers’ experience is an enjoyable and memorable one.
Due to the nature of the role you will be required to work additional hours at weekends, predominantly during the core events season (April-October) with TOIL to be taken as days off and in the winter months.
