We looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for managing the Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and Cashbook as well as other month end tasks of Beaulieu Enterprises Ltd.
You will be experienced in working in a busy accounts department and be familiar with all aspects of ledger work. You will be methodical, accurate and have an eye for detail. A good working knowledge of VAT treatment is preferable and you will be comfortable processing large volumes of invoices accurately and working to deadlines.
You will liaise with Suppliers and internal staff at all levels. The successful candidate will be computer literate, have a good working knowledge of Excel and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience of Sage 1000 is desirable but not essential.
