Following last summer’s sell‐out tour of Much Ado About Nothing, Castle Theatre Company celebrates its 34th Summer Shakespeare Tour of castles and manor houses of the UK, including two openair performances of Midsummer Night's Dream in the ancient grounds of Beaulieu Abbey. Join Castle Theatre Company with a comic war of the wits, perfect for a British summer setting.
Beaulieu Abbey presents Castle Theatre Company’s open‐air performance of Midsummer Night's Dream at 7pm on Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th July 2012, entrance to the Abbey will be from 6pm, so come along early to get the best spot. The audience are invited to picnic before and throughout the performance, on rugs or picnic chairs. Please remember to bring an umbrella.
Castle Theatre Company offers some of the best student drama in the UK, and has been touring with open‐air Shakespeare for over 30 years.
